1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. This applies to all coaching sessions, resume writing, and other digital services.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time.

Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
